Single parent, looking to leave a legacy for their child
Situation: A single parent who was looking for an investment that was safe and could be held long term but didn't require a lot of time investment.
Solution: After some research and guidance that I could provide, we were able to locate a turnkey property that would be managed by a local Property Manager. The property was funded with equity from their primary residence Home Equity Line of Credit. Through my team and with my assistance, the mortgage process was handled with ease and very little stress. They now own their first property and because they had such success they now are looking at other investment opportunities to put their money to work!

Busy Entrepreneur
Situation: Self-employed IT Consultant. From a young age, this self-employed IT consultant, only used traditional investments in RRSPs and Mutual Funds for long term wealth and retirement planning. Over the years, he had some financial gains but there was a gap in the reality of what would be needed for long term financial security. A change in strategy was needed.
Solution: With my help, we were able to identify the opportunity that real estate investing could bring to his portfolio. He started with some land development investments and has since moved on to add the buy & hold strategy; now owning 3 duplexes, utilizing the equity in his primary residence and other investment funds.

Situation: An employed professional nearing retirement was looking for better returns on his investments.
Solution: Already comfortable with real estate investing as a landlord for two properties, he was looking for new opportunities to add additional and more passive revenue sources to supplement his retirement fund. I was able to source out and complete the due diligence on two Private Lending opportunities. After reviewing both proposals and based on his risk tolerance, he opted for a 6 month project. We negotiated the terms to ensure he was able to use the interest to pay his line of credit and he obtained a double digit return on his investment.
